This session will be combined yin asanas & Yoga nidra or yogic sleep which not only uplift your mood but enhance your mindfulness calmness and connect you with yourself.
This session will be typical for healing your inner trauma pain and stress , it will be therapeutic for anxiety and high BP and stress related chronic health issues.
There will be 40 mins Yin asana practice and 20 mins guided yogic sleep meditation.
What is yin yoga ?
It's a slow paced style of yoga that focus on holding poses for long time and targeting deep tissues, promoting relaxation and meditative State.

Yogic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping typically induced by a guided meditation.
